Monolinuron CRM kann auch wie unten angegeben verwendet werden: Bestimmung von 252 Pestiziden, die aus Oberflächenwasserproben durch Festphasenextraktion (SPE) unter Verwendung von Flüssigchromatographie-Quadrupol-Orbitrap-Tandem-Massenspektrometrie mit hoher Auflösung extrahiert wurden. Extraktion von 13 Pestiziden aus vier Grundwasser- und drei Flusswasserproben unter Verwendung des mesoporösen Feststoffs MSU-1 auf Siliciumdioxidbasis als Sorbens für ihre Festphasenextraktion (SPE), gefolgt von einer Bestimmung mittels Ultra-Performance-Flüssigkeitschromatographie-Triple-Quadrupol-Massenspektrometrie (UHPLC-QqQ-MS/MS). Entwicklung und Validierung einer UHPLC-Diodenarray-Detektionsmethode (DAD) zur gleichzeitigen Bestimmung von Harnstoff- und Tebuthiuron-Herbiziden in vier frischen Gemüseproben. Multirückstandsanalyse von 50 Herbiziden in 51 Getreideproben von Soja, Mais und Weizen mittels Ultra-Performance-Flüssigkeitschromatographie-Elektrospray-Ionisations-Massenspektrometrie (UPLC-ESI-MS). Extraktion von 109 Pestizidrückständen verschiedener chemischer Klassen aus 345 Tomatenproben mittels modifizierter QuEChERS-Methode und deren Bestimmung mittels Flüssigkeitschromatographie-Tandem-Massenspektrometrie (LC-MS/MS). Gleichzeitige Analyse von 238 Pestiziden und 78 Tierarzneimitteln in 80 Kuhmilchproben mittels ultraschneller Flüssigkeitschromatographie-Tandem-Massenspektrometrie (UFLC-MS/MS) und Gaschromatographie-Tandem-Massenspektrometrie (GC-MS/MS).

Brutons tyrosine kinase (BTK) is a member of the BTK/Tec family of cytoplasmic tyrosine kinases. Like other BTK family members, it contains a pleckstrin homology (PH) domain, Src homology SH3 and SH2 domains. BTK plays an important role in B cell development. Activation of B cells by various ligands is accompanied by BTK membrane translocation mediated by its PH domain binding to phosphatidylinositol-3,4,5-trisphosphate. The membrane located BTK is active and associated with transient phosphorylation of two tyrosine residues, Tyr551 and Tyr223. Tyr551 in the activation loop is transphosphorylated by the Src family tyrosine kinase, leading to autophosphorylation at Tyr223 within the SH3 domain, which is necessary for full activation. The activation of BTK is negatively regulated by PKC beta through phosphorylation of BTK at Ser180, which results in reduced membrane recruitment, transphosphorylation and subsequent activation. The PKC/BTK inhibitory signal is likely to be a key determinant of the B cell receptor signaling threshold to maintain optimal BTK activity.

Western blot analysis of mouse tissues shows abundant expression of Nudel in brain and testis, and much lower expression in heart, liver, kidney, and skeletal muscle. In fractionated rat brain, Nudel and Lis1 are both found in fractions enriched for postsynaptic density proteins. Immunostaining of embryonic day 18 mouse brain sections revealed staining of migrating neurons and thalamocortical axons of the intermediate zone of the developing cerebral cortex, as well as several other developing brain regions. The deduced protein contains 345 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 38.4 kDa. It has a coiled coil motif (residues 19 to 201), followed by several potential phosphorylation sites for casein kinase II, protein kinase C or CDK5. Nudel shares about 50% identity with mouse and human NUDE proteins.
