GITR is receptor for TNFSF18, which seems to be involved in interactions between activated T-lymphocytes and endothelial cells and in the regulation of T-cell receptor-mediated cell death. C-C Motif Chemokine 18 (CCL18) is secreted protein that belongs to the intercrine beta (chemokine CC) family. CCL18 is expressed at high levels in the lung, lymph nodes, placenta, bone marrow, and dendritic cells. CCL18 is a chemotactic factor that attracts lymphocytes but not monocytes or granulocytes. CCL18 may be involved in B-cell migration into B-cell follicles in lymph nodes. CCL18 attracts naive T-lymphocytes toward dendritic cells and activated macrophages in lymph nodes. It has chemotactic activity for naive T-cells, CD4+ and CD8+ T-cells and thus may play a role in both humoral and cell-mediated immunity responses.

Caspase-1 Antibody: Caspases are a family of cysteine proteases that can be divided into the apoptotic and inflammatory caspase subfamilies. ENPP6 is a choline-specific glycerophosphodiester phosphodiesterase. ENPP6 hydrolyzes the classical substrate for phospholipase C, p-nitrophenyl phosphorylcholine, while it does not hydrolyze the classical nucleotide phosphodiesterase substrate, p-nitrophenyl thymidine 5'-monophosphate. ENPP6 hydrolyzes lysophosphatidylcholine (LPC) to form monoacylglycerol and phosphorylcholine but not lysophosphatidic acid, showing it has a lysophospholipase C activity. ENPP6 has a preference for LPC with short (12:0 and 14:0) or polyunsaturated (18:2 and 20:4) fatty acids. Also hydrolyzes glycerophosphorylcholine and sphingosylphosphorylcholine efficiently.
