Einzeln verpackte und sterile Minisart® NML-Spritzenfilter sind optimal für den sofortigen Einsatz, wenn eine Sterilfiltration oder Klärung und Zellentfernung unter sterilen Bedingungen erforderlich ist. Die SFCA-Membran ist die beste Option für auslaugungsfreie Filtrationen und ist in vielen verschiedenen Porengrößen erhältlich. Die sehr geringen, unspezifischen Bindungseigenschaften dieser Membran machen sie zur perfekten Wahl für Biomoleküllösungen.
Das Gehäuse besteht aus dem Acrylharz MBS (Methacrylat-Butadien-Styrol), das eine eingeschränkte Verträglichkeit mit Alkoholen aufweist, jedoch frei von Phthalaten ist und die Prüfung der Kunststoffklasse VI besteht. Gehäuse und Membran sind fest miteinander verbunden, was einen bidirektionalen Einsatz ermöglicht.
Für optimale Ergebnisse haben Minisart® Standard Spritzenfilter mit MBS-Gehäuse eine Auswahl an Membranen mit Porengrößen von 0,1 µm bis 5 µm für hohe Durchflussraten und geringe Adsorptionseigenschaften. Die effektive Filtrationsfläche von 6,2 cm² für die schnelle Filtration ist die Größte unter den Premium-Spritzenfiltern auf dem Markt, und das MBS-Gehäuse ist zur einfachen Identifizierung der Porengröße farbkodiert.
