Lieferant:  Bioss
Hersteller-Artikelnummer:: BS-6127R-A680
Lokale Artikelnummer:: BOSSBS-6127R-A680
Beschreibung:   Catalyzes the specific attachment of an amino acid to its cognate tRNA in a 2 step reaction: the amino acid (AA) is first activated by ATP to form AA-AMP and then transferred to the acceptor end of the tRNA. When secreted, acts as a signaling molecule that induces immune response through the activation of monocyte/macrophages. Catalyzes the synthesis of diadenosine oligophosphate (Ap4A), a signaling molecule involved in the activation of MITF transcriptional activity. Interacts with HIV-1 virus GAG protein, facilitating the selective packaging of tRNA(3)(Lys), the primer for reverse transcription initiation.
VE:  1 * 100 µl

Beschreibung:   CD6 is a type I transmembrane glycoprotein that contains a 24-amino acid signal sequence, three extracellular scavenger receptor cysteine-rich (SRCR) domains, a membrane-spanning domain and a 44-amino acid cytoplasmic domain. The CD6 glycoprotein is tyrosine phosphorylated during TCR-mediated T cell activation. CD6 shows significant homology to CD5. CD6 is present on mature thymocytes, peripheral T cells and a subset of B cells. Antibodies to CD6 are used to deplete T cells from bone marrow transplants to prevent graft versus host disease.

Beschreibung:   DBX2 is a 339 amino acid member of the H2.0 homeobox family. DBX2, which is localized to the nucleus, contains one homeobox DNA-binding domain, a region of 60 amino acids that binds DNA through a helix-turn-helix type of structure. DBX2, which is expressed in the forebrain, midbrain, hindbrain and spinal cord, has been implicated in CNS development.Specifically, DBX2 has been shown to play a role in spinal cord dorsal/ventral patterning, as well as the regionalization of the CNS. DBX2 is also thought to play a role in the production of multiple spinal cord cell types.

Beschreibung:   Recognizes a polypeptide which is identified as insulin, a 51-amino acid polypeptide composed of A and B chains connected through the C-peptide. Proinsulin, which has very little biological activity, is cleaved by proteases within its cell of origin into the insulin molecule and the C-terminal basic residue. Insulin enhances membrane transport of glucose, amino acids, and certain ions. It also promotes glycogen storage, formation of triglycerides, and synthesis of proteins and nucleic acids. Deficiency of insulin results in diabetes mellitus. The main storage site for insulin is the pancreatic islets. Antibodies to insulin are important as beta-cell and insulinoma marker.
