Repulsive guidance molecule A（RGMA） is a cell membrane protein and belongs to the repulsive guidance molecule (RGM) family. It interacts with NEO1, BMP2 and BMP4. RGMA is a glycosylphosphatidylinositol-anchored glycoprotein that functions as an axon guidance protein in the developing and adult central nervous system. It helps guide Retinal Ganglion Cell (RGC) axons to the tectum in the midbrain. RGMa has been implicated to play an important role in the developing brain and in the scar tissue that forms after a brain injury. This protein may also function as a tumor suppressor in some cancers.

Notch signaling activates the Hairy/Enhancer of split (HES) genes, which encode basic helix-loop-helix (bHLH) transcriptional repressors that are critical for directing embryonic patterning and development. The Hairy-related transcription factors (HRTs) comprise a subclass of bHLH proteins that exhibit structural similarity with the HES proteins and include HRT1, HRT2 and HRT3. The HRT family (also designated Hesr, Hey, CHF and Gridlock) contain a bHLH domain, an Orange domain and a novel YRPW domain, which is absent in HRT3. MAb IPO-10 defines the antigen, which appears on B cell progenitors following HLA-DR and preceding CD10, CD19, CD22, CD37 and cym. It is expressed on resting B cells and than reappears and persists in cytoplasm and on cell surface until cytoplasmic Ig appears. It is a useful antibody for diagnostics of neoplasms of B cell origins. It reacts with human B cell lines Daudi, Raji, Namalva, EB-3, RPMI-8226 (50% of cells). The MAb does not label T cell lines, blood granulocytes, thymocytes or bone marrow stromal fibroblasts. No significant changes are detected after PHA or ConA stimulation while LPS and PWM stimulated cultures after 18-48h show decreased number of antigen-positive cells but in final terms of cultivation antigen is expressed again. This MAb labels B cell leukemias and some lymphomas. Hairy cell leukemia strongly reacts and 70% of B cell CLL and some B-NHL were also positive. IPO-10 reacts with AMML cells and in a majority of Hodgkin's disease cases a significant percentage of affected lymph node cells were detected.

The MTS510 monoclonal antibody specifically reacts with the Toll-Like Receptor 4 (TLR-4) and MD-2 (LY96) molecular complex. The complex of TLR-4, MD-2, and CD14 regulates the innate immune system recognition of bacterial lipopolysaccharides (LPS) and is expressed on the surface of thioglycollate-elicited macrophages.
