Carboxylesterase deficiency may be associated with non-Hodgkin lymphoma or B-cell lymphocytic leukemia.Carboxylesterase 1 is a member of a large multigene family. Interleukins (ILs) are a large group of cytokines that are produced mainly by leukocytes, although some are produced by certain phagocytes and auxiliary cells. ILs have a variety of functions, but most function to direct other immune cells to divide and differentiate. Each IL acts on a specific, limited group of cells through a receptor specific for that IL. Human IL10 is a non glycosylated polypeptide consisting of 178 amino acids. There is 73% homology between the human and mouse IL10 proteins, however, the human IL10 acts on both human and mouse target cells, while the mouse IL10 has species specific activity. The cellular sources of IL10 are CD4+ T cells and T cell clones, thymocytes, B cells and B cell lymphomas, macrophages, mast cell lines and keratinocytes. IL10 will stimulate the growth of stem cells, mast cells and thymocytes. IL10 enhances cytotoxic T cell development, and costimulates B cell differentiation and immunoglobulin secretion. STEAP4 Antibody: The six-transmembrane epithelial antigen of prostate 4 (STEAP4) is a member of a family of metalloreductases identified as cell-surface antigens in prostate tissue. Similar to two other members of the STEAP family (STEAP 2 and STEAP3), STEAP4 promotes both iron and copper reduction. STEAP4 is highly expressed in placenta, lung, heart and prostate tissues, and overexpressed in prostate cancer cells compared to normal prostate cells. Overexpression of STEAP4 in prostate cells significantly increases cell growth and colony formation, suggesting STEAP4 may have a role in cell proliferation and prostate cancer progression.

NALP2 Antibody: NALP2 belongs to a family of cytoplasmic proteins that have been implicated in cell responses to apoptotic and inflammatory stimuli. Unlike the prototypical NALP protein NALP1, NALP2 only contains a NACHT domain, leucine rich repeat (LRR), and pyrin-containing domain (PYD). This protein interacts with the adapter protein ASC in addition to CARD8 and caspase-1 to form an inflammasome with high proIL-1 beta -processing activity and is thought to function as a modulator of NF-kappa B and procaspase-1 activation in macrophages. It has also been suggested that NALP2, in addition to other NALP family members, can act as innate sensors of pathogens in a manner similar to the toll-like receptors (TLRs). At least two alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been found for NALP2.
