DECR2 is auxiliary enzyme of beta-oxidation. It participates in the degradation of unsaturated fatty enoyl-CoA esters having double bonds in both even- and odd-numbered positions in peroxisome. It catalyzes the NADP-dependent reduction of 2,4-dienoyl-CoA to yield trans-3-enoyl-CoA and has activity towards short and medium chain 2,4-dienoyl-CoAs, but also towards 2,4,7,10,13,16,19-docosaheptaenoyl-CoA, suggesting that it does not constitute a rate limiting step in the peroxisomal degradation of docosahexaenoic acid.

TIP47 Antibody: Tail-interacting protein (TIP47) is a cytosolic protein essential for the transport of mannose-6-phosphate receptors (MPRs) from endosomes to the trans-Golgi compartments in cells. TIP47 is recruited from the cytoplasm to the late endosomal surface by the Ras-associated protein Rab9 GTPase, enabling it to bind more efficiently to MPR cytoplasmic domains. Recently, it was shown that TIP47 regulates the expression of Rab9, as expression of siRNA to TIP47 in transfected cells dramatically decreased the half-life of the Rab9 protein in addition to stabilizing the subcellular localization of Rab9. At least two isoforms of TIP47 are known to exist.

FKBP3 contains 1 PPIase FKBP-type domain, belongs to the FKBP-type PPIase family. FK506- and rapamycin-binding proteins (FKBPs) constitute a family of receptors for the two immunosuppressants which inhibit T-cell proliferation by arresting two distinct cytoplasmic signal transmission pathways. FKBP3 is a cis-trans prolyl isomerase enzyme that binds the immunosuppressants FK506 and rapamycin, as well as histone deacetylases, the transcription factor YY1, casein kinase II, and nucleolin. It has a higher affinity for rapamycin than for FK506 and thus may be an important target molecule for immunosuppression by rapamycin.

Nectin-2( CD112) is a member of the nectin family, which contains two Ig-like C2-type domains and one Ig-like V-type domain in the extracellular region. Nectins are type I transmembrane glycoproteins that are calcium-independent immunoglobulin (Ig)-like cell adhesion molecules (CAMs). Nectin2 is widely expressed in human tissues including brain, spinal cord, spleen, kidney, heart and liver. It can form trans-heterodimers with PVRL3/nectin-3 and interacts with CD226. Mutations of alleles of the murine CD112 gene can result in conditions such as morphologically aberrant spermatozoa. It may function in allergic reactions, and accordingly may used as a novel target for anti-allergic therapy.
