Integrin alpha-1/beta-1, alpha-2/beta-1, alpha-6/beta-1 and alpha-7/beta-1 are receptors for lamimin. Integrin alpha-4/beta-1 is a receptor for VCAM1. It recognizes the sequence Q-I-D-S in VCAM1. Integrin alpha-9/beta-1 is a receptor for VCAM1, cytotactin and osteopontin. It recognizes the sequence A-E-I-D-G-I-E-L in cytotactin. Integrin alpha-3/beta-1 is a receptor for epiligrin, thrombospondin and CSPG4. Alpha-3/beta-1 may mediate with LGALS3 the stimulation by CSPG4 of endothelial cells migration. Integrin alpha-V/beta-1 is a receptor for vitronectin. Beta-1 integrins recognize the sequence R-G-D in a wide array of ligands. Isoform beta-1B interferes with isoform beta-1A resulting in a dominant negative effect on cell adhesion and migration (in vitro). In case of HIV-1 infection, the interaction with extracellular viral Tat protein seems to enhance angiogenesis in Kaposi's sarcoma lesions. When associated with alpha-7/beta-1 integrin, regulates cell adhesion and laminin matrix deposition. Involved in promoting endothelial cell motility and angiogenesis. May be involved in up-regulation of the activity of kinases such as PKC via binding to KRT1. Together with KRT1 and GNB2L1/RACK1, serves as a platform for SRC activation or inactivation. Plays a mechanistic adhesive role during telophase, required for the successful completion of cytokinesis

T-Cell Surface Glycoprotein CD3 epsilon Chain (CD3 epsilon ) is a single-pass type I membrane protein. CD3 epsilon contains 1 Ig-like (immunoglobulin-like) domain and 1 ITAM domain. CD3 epsilon is a polypeptide encoded by the CD3E gene on chromosome 11 in humans. The T cell receptor-CD3 complex (TCR/CD3 complex) is involved in T-cell development and several intracellular signal-transduction pathways. This complex is critical for T-cell development and function, and represents one of the most complex transmembrane receptors. The T cell receptor-CD3 complex is unique in having ten cytoplasmic immunoreceptor tyrosine-based activation motifs (ITAMs). TCR/CD3 complex plays an important role in coupling antigen recognition to several intracellular signal-transduction pathways.

CRISP2 Antibody: The cysteine-rich secretory proteins (CRISP) family is a group of four proteins that are strongly expressed in the male reproductive tract and have been implicated in having roles in male fertility. CRISP2, also known as TPX1, has been implicated in the adhesion between spermatids and Sertoli cells, and with CRISP1, is thought to be involved in sperm-egg fusion. CRISP2 has been shown to regulate the Ca2+ influx through ryanodine receptors (RYR) and may influence the acrosome reaction or sperm motility. CRISP2 has also been shown to bind to the mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase kinase 11 (MAP3K11) and localizes to the developing acrosome, suggesting this CRISP2-MAP3K11 complex may have a role in acrosome development.
