HDGFRP2 Antibody: Hepatoma-derived growth factor-related protein 2 (HDGFRP2) is a widely expressed member of protein family that contains the HDGF related proteins 1-4 and lens epithelial derived growth factor (LEDGF). These family members show extensive homology at the amino terminus (termed the hath region). Little is known of the role of HDGFRP2, but like the related LEDGF, HDGFRP2 can bind HIV-1 integrase and stimulate HIV-1 integrase activity in vitro.

The two subunits of the LPAM-1 heterodimer are the 154 kDa alpha-4 and the 130 kDa beta-7. Most mature lymphocytes, a subset of bone marrow cells, and some of the thymic cells express the alpha-4-beta-7 integrin heterodimer. alpha-4-beta-7 enhances the transendothelial migration of lymphocytes, and interacts with several ligands (fibronectin, CD106, and MAdCAM-1). The interaction of DATK32 with the alpha-4-beta-7 induces the alpha-4-beta-7-dependent lymphocyte aggregation and inhibits LPAM-1-dediated cell adhesion.

Adenovirus-9 E4 Orf1 Antibody: The many different serotypes of human adenoviruses (Ad) are divided into six subgroups, of which all Ad subgroup A and B and two subgroup D Ads can elicit tumors in infected rodents. Unlike the Ads from subgroup A and B, the ones from subgroup D, Ad9 and Ad10 elicit estrogen-dependent mammary tumors as opposed to undifferentiated sarcomas. In the case of Ad9, its tumorigenicity is dependent on the product of the open reading frame (ORF) 1 of the early region 4 (E4). The tumorigenic potential of Ad9 E4 Orf1 depends on a carboxyl-terminal PDZ domain-binding motif that mediates interactions with several different membrane-associated cellular proteins such as MUPP1, PATJ, MAGI-1, ZO-2 and Dlg1. It has been suggested that Ad9 E4 Orf1 may have evolved from an ancestral cellular dUTP pyrophosphatase.

SPRYD5 Antibody: The SPRY domain-containing protein 5 (SPRYD5) is a member of a family of proteins whose sole common characteristic is the presence of a SPRY domain. SPRY domains are structural domains that were first described in the fungal Dictyostelium discoideum tyrosine kinase spore lysis A. In most systems SPRY domains provide binding sites for regulatory proteins or intramolecular binding sites that maintain the structural integrity of a protein. SPRYD5 belongs to the TRIM/RBCC family and contains one B box-type zinc finger, one B30.2/SPRY domain and one RING-type zinc finger. Little is known of the function of the SPRYD5 protein.
