Osteocalcin belongs to the osteocalcin/matrix Gla protein family and constitutes 1 to 2% of the total bone protein. It is a 49 amino acid single chain vitamin K dependent protein, made by osteoblasts, and is a major component of the noncollagenous bone matrix. Post translational modification by a vitamin K dependent carboxylase produces three gamma carboxyglutamic acid residues at positions 17, 21 and 24, giving it a high affinity for calcium. It also binds strongly to apatite.

<B>Abluftmonitors optional mit Ventilator: </B>Einfache Belüftung und Überwachung des Belüftungssystems für Sicherheitsschränke. Ein Sensor überwacht Luftgeschwindigkeit/-strom und gibt ein visuelles und akustisches Signal ab, wenn der Wert unter den Sollwert fällt. Die komplette Abluftüberwachungseinheit wird im vorab zusammengebauten (gebrauchsfertigen) Zustand geliefert und ist direkt am Schrank angebracht. Der Sollwert für den Luftstrom ist werkseitig voreingestellt und kann durch eine Anpassung des Druckunterschieds individuell eingestellt werden. Zusätzlich zur volumetrischen Flussrate wird auch die Stromversorgung überwacht. Das System umfasst zwei potenzialfreie Kontakte (24 V/2 A) zur Signalübertragung an einen externen Kontrollraum. Im Fall eines Stromausfalls werden die Überwachungssysteme über einen eingebauten Akkumulator vier Stunden lang versorgt. Ein Display mit einfacher Fehleranzeige ermöglicht eine permanente Überwachung gemäß DIN EN 1946-7. Das Gehäuse besteht aus pulverbeschichtetem Stahlblech, Silberperlenglimmer.
