Syntaxin-6 (STX6) is a single-pass type IV membrane protein, which belongs to the Syntaxin family. STX6 is mainly localized in the plasma membrane. FGF acidic, also known as ECGF, FGF-1and HBGF-1, is a non-glycosylated heparin binding growth factor that is expressed in the brain, kidney, retina, smooth muscle cells, bone matrix, osteoblasts, astrocytes and endothelial cells. It is a mitogenic peptide that is produced by multiple cell types and stimulates the proliferation of cells of mesodermal, ectodermal, and endodermal origin. Its association with heparan sulfate is a prerequisite for activation of FGF receptors. Internalized FGF acidic migrates to the nucleus where it is phosphorylated by nuclear PKC delta, exported to the cytosol, dephosphorylated, and degraded. Intracellular FGF acidic inhibits p53 activity and proapoptotic signaling.

Aak1 Antibody: AP2-associated protein kinase 1 (Aak1) is a member of the Ark1/Prk1 subfamily of Ser/Thr protein kinases that are thought to regulate endocytosis by phosphorylating the accessory endocytic components. Aak1 interacts with and phosphorylates the mu2 subunit of the AP-2 complex, which promotes binding of the AP-2 to tyrosine based (Yxxphi) internalization motif-containing receptors and subsequent receptor endocytosis. At least two isoforms of Aak1 are known to exist; the longer isoform contains an extended carboxy-terminus that contains an additional clathrin-binding domain. Overexpression of this long isoform or Aak1 depletion by RNA interference impairs transferrin recycling from the early/sorting endosome, suggesting that Aak1 functions at multiple steps of the endosomal pathway by regulating transferrin internalization and its recycling back to the plasma membrane.

Dickkopf-related protein 1(DKK-1), is a member of the dickkopf family. DKK1 secreted proteins with two cysteine-rich domains separated by a linker region. It antagonizes canonical Wnt signaling by inhibiting LRP5/6 interaction with Wnt and by forming a ternary complex with the transmembrane protein KREMEN that promotes internalization of LRP5/6. DKKs play an important role in vertebrate development, where they locally inhibit Wnt regulated processes such as antero-posterior axial patterning, limb development, somitogenesis and eye formation. In the adult, Dkks are implicated in bone formation and bone disease, cancer and Alzheimer disease.

SH3BP4 Antibody: SH3BP4 was initially isolated as a novel cDNA using differential display analysis using cultured human corneal fibroblasts. The protein contains three Asn-Pro-Phe (NPF) motifs, an SH3 domain, a PXXP motif, a bipartite nuclear targeting signal, and a tyrosine phosphorylation site. SH3BP4 has been shown to interact with specific endocytic proteins such as clathrin, dynamin, and the transferrin receptor (TfR) and localizes to TfR-containing coated pits and vesicles. It is thought to be involved in cargo-specific control of clathrin-mediated endocytosis, specifically controlling the internalization of TfR. At least two isoforms of SH3BP4 are known to exist.

Clusterin shares homology with the small heat shock protein family of molecular chaperones. The mature secreted form of the protein is a glycosylated, 80-kDa disulphide-linked heterodimer of alpha and beta subunits (produced by internal cleavage). Clusterin is expressed in virtually all tissues and found in all human fluids. It is involved in numerous physiological processes important for carcinogenesis and tumour growth, including apoptotic cell death, cell cycle regulation, DNA repair, cell adhesion, tissue remodelling, lipid transportation, membrane recycling, and immune system regulation. Clusterin also exists as a nuclear protein. The secreted form of Clusterin has extracellular chaperone and anti-apoptotic activities while the nuclear form acts as a proapoptotic factor.

CHST1 catalyzes the transfer of sulfate to position 6 of galactose (Gal) residues of keratan. FLT3 Antibody: FLT3 is a member of the class III receptor tyrosine kinase family and its internal tandem duplication (ITD) is preferentially seen in acute myeloid leukemia and myelodysplastic syndrome among various hematological malignancies. It is a membrane bound glycosylated protein that is expressed primarily in early hematopoietic progenitor cells. Upon binding its ligand FL, FLT3 activates multiple signaling pathways including the PI3K/Akt and Ras/MEK/MAPK pathways. In cells expressing FLT3-ITD, these pathways are constitutively on, resulting in abnormal cell growth and anti-apoptotic activity.
