Bernadette Niehaus

Bernadette Niehaus is the Sustainability Manager of Personal Safety Division at 3M and responsible for the EMEA region. For 24 years, including six years in the Personal Safety Division, she has been committed to meeting customer needs in terms of sustainability and working on the further development towards a climate-neutral future in occupational safety. She studied environmental management at the University of Münster and works in her free time on city cleanliness in her hometown of Düsseldorf.

 

Claudia Parys

Claudia completed a degree in chemical engineering and economics, and she began her professional career at 3M as an engineer for 3M VHB tapes in 2014. After four years of working in the manufacturing plant, she took on the position of an engineer responsible for 3M Scotchlite reflective materials. As part of this role, her work included life cycle assessments and other topics related to sustainable development. Currently, her role focuses on the technical aspects of sustainable development for the entire PSD portfolio in terms of products and packaging.
