Tubulin Beta-4A Chain (TUBB4A) is a cytoplasmic peptide containing 444 amino acids. TUBB4A is a member of the Tubulin family. Tubulin is the major constituent of microtubules. Tubulin is a dimer composed of one alpha and one beta tubulin molecule; there are many forms of beta tubulins, Beta II and Beta IV Tubulin are ubiquitously expressed. Beta-III Tubulin, also known as Tubulin Beta-4, is regarded as a neuron-specific marker. It binds two moles of GTP, one at an exchangeable site on the beta chain and one at a non-exchangeable site on the alpha-chain.

MYBPC1 Antibody: Myosin binding protein C (MYBPC) is a component of the thick filament of striated muscle, with the slow-type isoform designated MYBPC1. Both the fast-type (MYBPC2) and slow-type MYBPC protein contains seven immunoglobulin C2 motifs and three fibronectin type-III repeats. Multiple isoforms of MYBPC1 are known to exist, and are present in varying amounts in different skeletal muscles. It is thought that the MYBPC1 slow subfamily may play important roles in the assembly and stabilization of sarcomeric M- and A-bands and regulate the contractile properties of the actomyosin filaments.

It lies within the major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class III region on chromosome 6. Besides AGEs, AGER is also able to bind other ligands which is thought to result in pro-inflammatory gene activation. It is known that AGER serve as a mediator of both acute and chronic vascular inflammation in certain conditions such as atherosclerosis and in particular as a complication of diabetes. LIMP2 Antibody: The lysosomal integral membrane protein 2 (LIMP2) is a heavily glycosylated type III transmembrane protein, the majority of which exists in the lumen of the lysosome and a cytoplasmic domain of approximately 20 amino acids. A deficiency of LIMP2 in mice causes uretic pelvic junction obstruction, deafness, and peripheral neuropathy associated with impaired vesicular trafficking and distribution of apically expressed proteins. More recently, LIMP2 was shown to act as a receptor to bind beta-glucocerebrosidase, the enzyme defective in Gaucher disease, a lysosomal storage disorder. LIMP2-deficient mice showed missorted as well as secreted beta-glucocerebrosidase, suggesting that LIMP2 also functions as the mannose-6-phosphate-independent trafficking receptor.

SIRT5 is a member of the sirtuin family of proteins, homologs to the yeast Sir2 protein. Members of the sirtuin family are characterized by a sirtuin core domain and grouped into four classes. The functions of human sirtuins have not yet been determined; however, yeast sirtuin proteins are known to regulate epigenetic gene silencing and suppress recombination of rDNA. Studies suggest that the human sirtuins may function as intracellular regulatory proteins with mono-ADP-ribosyltransferase activity. The protein encoded by this gene is included in class III of the sirtuin family. Alternative splicing of this gene results in two transcript variants.
