Der Temperaturfühler befindet sich an einem Kabel und verhindert dadurch eine Beschädigung des Reglers durch Hitze und Dämpfe. Der MAX-Knopf ermöglicht dem Benutzer den Blick auf die eingestelle Höchsttemperatur, bei deren Überschreitung das Gerät abschaltet.

Leistungsstarke elektronische Rührwerke mit sanfter Anfahrfunktion verhindern das Verschütten und Verspritzen von Medien. Die Drehzahl erhöht sich langsam, bis der eingestellte Wert erreicht wird. Beide Modelle verfügen über einen sicheren Start und Stopp des Betriebs über ein intuitives Glas-Touchpanel, wodurch versehentliche Starts vermieden werden. Ein Übertemperatursensor schaltet das Gerät bei einer gefährlichen Erwärmung aus, wodurch sich das Gerät ideal für den unbeaufsichtigten Dauerbetrieb eignet. Alle Einheiten sind für 24 Stunden Dauerbetrieb ausgelegt, auch bei herausfordernden hochviskosen Anwendungen in der Polymerforschung. Hohe Drehmomente ermöglichen eine bessere Durchmischung in kürzerer Zeit, wartungsfreie Motoren reduzieren zudem Reparaturen und Ausfallzeiten. Die Hei-TORQUE Value 400- und Hei-TORQUE Precision 400-Einheiten haben 2-stufige Getriebe.
