Grancalcin (GCA) is a member of the penta EF hand subfamily which includes sorcin, calpain and ALG2. Grancalcin is highly expressed bone marrow and also can detected in neutrophils and macrophages. Grancalcin interacts with L-plastin which known to have actin bundling activity. It indicates that Grancalcin may play an important role in the adhesion of neutrophils to fibronectin. Furthermore, Grancalcin localization is dependent upon calcium and magnesium. It associates with both the granule and membrane fractions, which suggested a role for grancalcin in granule-membrane fusion and degranulation.

40S Ribosomal Protein S19 (RPS19) is a ribosomal protein that Belongs to the ribosomal protein S19e family. RPS19 is located in the nucleoli, and higher level expression is seen in colon carcinoma tissue than normal colon tissue. It required for pre-rRNA processing and maturation of 40S ribosomal subunits. RPS19 plays a role in many biological processes, such as endocrine pancreas development, erythrocyte differentiation, mRNA metabolic process. Defects in RPS19 are the cause of Diamond-Blackfan anemia type 1 (DBA1), which is a form of Diamond-Blackfan anemia, a congenital non-regenerative hypoplastic anemia that usually presents early in infancy. Diamond-Blackfan anemia is characterized by a moderate to severe macrocytic anemia, erythroblastopenia, and an increased risk of malignancy.

UNG2 Antibody: The human uracil-DNA glycosylase (UNG) gene encodes both mitochondrial (UNG1) and nuclear (UNG2) forms through differentially regulated promoters and alternative splicing. UNG2 is the major enzyme in the base excision repair pathway that removes uracil residues from DNA that arise through either misincorporation during replication or cytosine deamination. UNG2 can also be bound by the HIV-1 integrase and incorporated into the virion particle, suggesting that it is required to remove uracils from the viral genome. As the intrinsic antiviral protein APOBEC3G generates numerous uracils in the HIV genome during its replication, it may be that the UNG2 contributes to the APOBEC3G-mediated loss of infectivity by generating abasic sites in the viral genome.

ZIP7 Antibody: The zinc transporter ZIP7, also known as SLC39A7, is a member of a family of divalent ion transporters. Zinc is an essential ion for cells and plays significant roles in the growth, development, and differentiation. ZIP7 was initially identified while characterizing genes in the major histocompatibility complex on chromosome 17. ZIP7 mRNA is abundantly and widely expressed and the protein localizes to the Golgi apparatus. It functions to transport intracellular zinc from the Golgi apparatus to the cytoplasm of the cell. ZIP7 expression is expressed by zinc. ZIP7 has been suggested to act a hub for tyrosine kinase activation and may thus be a potential therapeutic target for diseases such as cancer where prevention of tyrosine kinase activation would be advantageous.

L13 inhibits proinflammatory cytokine production and stimulates antibody production. It induces proliferation in the human pre myeloid cell line TF1. IL13 has multiple effects on the differentiation and functions of monocytes and macrophages. It suppresses cytotoxic functions and induces changes in the morphology of human monocytes and in the phenotype of human monocytes and B cells by upregulating MHC class II expression. IL13 will also decrease the production of nitric oxide by activated murine macrophages, leading to impaired parasiticidal activity. Human and mouse interleukin 13 share approximately 58% amino acid sequence identity. Although human and mouse IL13 are equally active on human cells, human IL13 is much less active than mouse IL13 on mouse cells. Human IL13 and human IL4 also share approximately 30% sequence homology and have similar biological functions.
