Serpin B9 belongs to the large superfamily of serine proteinase inhibitors (serpins), which bind to and inactivate serine proteinases. Serpin B9 is an inhibitor of the granzyme B/perforin lytic pathway. It is expressed in normal mammary epithelial cells but not in most mammary carcinoma cell lines. These interactions are involved in many cellular processes, including coagulation, fibrinolysis, complement fixation, matrix remodelling, and apoptosis.

Proline-rich acidic protein 1, also known as Uterine-specific proline-rich acidic protein, UPA and PRAP1, is a secreted protein. PRAP1 is abundantly expressed in the epithelial cells of the liver, kidney, gastrointestinal tract and cervix. PRAP1 is up-regulated by butyrate, trichostatin A and 5'-aza-2' deoxycytidine. PRAP1 may play an important role in maintaining normal growth homeostasis in epithelial cells. PRAP1 is suppressed through epigenetic mechanisms involving histone deacetylation and methylation. PRAP1 has been shown to cause cell growth inhibition in cancer cell lines.

CX3CR1 Antibody: CX3CR1 is one of the chemokine receptors that are required as coreceptors for HIV infection. The genes encoding human, mouse, and rat CX3CR1 were cloned and designated V28 and CMKBRL1, CX3CR1, and RBS11, respectively. The encoded seven transmembrane protein was recently identified as the receptor for a novel transmembrane molecule, fractalkine, and renamed CX3CR1. Recently, CX3CR1 was found to serve as a coreceptor for HIV-1 and HIV-2 envelope fusion and virus infection, which can be inhibited by fractokine. CX3CR1 mediates leukocyte migration and adhesion. CX3CR1 is expressed in a variety of human tissues and cell lines.

The H4A3 monoclonal antibody specifically reacts with human CD107a, a heavily glycosylated type I membrane glycoprotein. CD107a is also known as Lysosomal-associated membrane protein 1 (LAMP-1) and is widely expressed intracellular antigen. It can be found on the surface of PHA-activated lymphocytes, activated platelets, cytotoxic T cells, NK cells, macrophages, epithelial cells, endothelial cells, and some tumor lines. CD107a is a ligand for E-selectin and galaptin and is reported to be involved in cell adhesion and tumor metastasis.

SEC62 Antibody: SEC62 is an integral membrane protein located in the rough endoplasmic reticulum (ER) and is part of the SEC61-SEC62-SEC63 complex that is the central component of the protein translocation apparatus of the ER membrane. It is speculated that SEC61-SEC62-SEC63 may perform post-translational protein translocation into the ER and might also perform the backward transport of ER proteins that are subject to the ubiquitin-proteasome-dependent degradation pathway. Silencing of this gene with RNAi dramatically reduced the migration and invasive potential of numerous tumor cell lines, suggesting that it may be an attractive target for therapy of various tumors.

Maelstrom Antibody: The mammalian homolog of the Drosophila protein Maelstrom is expressed in the male germline and localizes to the sex body in spermatocytes and the chromatoid body in round spermatids. Similar to its expression in Drosophila, Maelstrom is a component of nuages, a germ-cell specific organelle and is thought to be essential for spermatogenesis and transposon repression during meiosis. In humans, Maelstrom has been found to be expressed only in the testis and in various cancer cell lines. Treatment of these cell lines with the demethylating agent 5'-Aza-2-Deoxycytidine significantly upregulated Maelstrom levels, indicating that its expression is regulated by DNA methylation.

Cornulin is a member of the fused gene family of molecular chaperones. Human Cornulin contains N-terminus EF-hand domains and Ca2+ binding domains, and two glutamine- and threonine-rich 60 amino acid repeats in its C-terminus. Cornulin involves in the mucosal/epithelial immune response and epidermal differentiation. Cornulin is a survival factor that participates in the clonogenicity of squamous esophageal epithelium cell lines, attenuates deoxycholic acid (DCA)-induced apoptotic cell death and release of calcium. When Cornulin is overexpressed in oral squamous carcinoma cell lines, it regulates negatively cell proliferation by the induction of G1 arrest.
